As a Ford Certified Service Technician, you will diagnose, maintain, and repair Ford vehicles while delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer satisfaction. We're looking for professionals who take pride in fixing vehicles right the first time and enjoy working in a fast-paced, productive environment.
Responsibilities- Perform repairs and maintenance as specified on repair orders efficiently and accurately
- Diagnose vehicle concerns using Ford diagnostic equipment and specialized tools
- Repair and maintain engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC systems, and more
- Test-drive vehicles and verify repairs
- Communicate repair needs and recommendations clearly with Service Advisors
- Complete warranty repairs according to Ford standards and manufacturer specifications
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Continuously participate in Ford training and certification programs
- Ford Certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of automotive technician experience preferred
- Previous Ford dealership experience preferred but not required
- Strong diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair skills
- Experience using electronic diagnostic equipment
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume service department
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
