Well-established, 40-physician private practice multi-specialty group in coastal North Carolina seeks aFamily Physician due to patient demand.
Opportunity Details
- The physician will come into a busy practice. The group can't handle patient demand and is turning patients down
- Work in a small-group setting
- New providers can easily ramp up to seeing 20 patients per day
- Starting base salary ($225K to $265K range), lucrative productivity incentive, signing bonus, and comprehensive benefits package are offered
- Group owns an accountable care organization and is recognized each year for being a top-quality provider
- Shareholder status after 2 years
- The Median Income for a shareholder is in the $800K range
Community/Location
- The beautiful coastal community of 24K with a service area of 250K is located 90 minutes from Raleigh.
