As a Teacher at Child Development Schools, you will help create classrooms that foster discovery, creativity, learning, and joy. Serving as a Lead Teacher or Assistant Teacher, you will help children build confidence, curiosity, kindness, and a lifelong love of learning while working with a supportive leadership team dedicated to high‑quality early childhood education.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating engaging learning experiences for infants, toddlers, preschool, and school‑age children
- Fostering safe, welcoming, and organized classroom environments
- Building positive relationships with children and families
- Supporting children’s developmental milestones
- Maintaining classroom documentation and licensing standards
- Collaborating with fellow teachers and school leadership
- Assistant Teachers: $13.00–$15.00 per hour
- Lead Teachers: $15.00–$18.00 per hour
Pay is based on education, experience, and qualifications.
$400 sign‑on bonus.
