Sr Analyst, Controlling (Logistics)

New Bern, NC / Full-time This position will play a pivotal role in ensuring financial integrity, supporting accurate reporting, and providing insights for optimizing operational efficiency within the Logistics department.

Pay range: $85K - $113K

Incentive Plan:
Annual Bonus

Incentive Target %: 5%

• Main controlling partner for Logistics service and storage costs
• Provide financial leadership and oversight for demand planning and logistics functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational objectives.

• Supports Logistics organization with month-end closing activities, forecasting and business planning
• Develop and manage budgets for demand planning and logistics activities.
• Conduct regular financial forecasting and variance analysis to support decision-making.

• Analyze costs associated with demand planning and logistics processes.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.

• Prepare and present financial reports to executive leadership.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data related to demand planning and logistics.

• Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard financial assets.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.

• Work closely with demand planning, logistics, and supply chain teams to understand operational requirements and provide financial guidance.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and enhance overall efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration or Finance/Accounting) – Required
• 5-7 Years of Experience (Finance, Accounting, Business Administration) – Required
• Strong data analytical and problem-solving attitude
• Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SP S4 HANA – Preferred
• Reporting tools know-how, mainly Power BI - Preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Travel Percentage – 10%

The pay range posted for this position is based on the location noted in the posting title. Exact compensation offered may vary based on your specific skillset and work location. If the position is bonus or incentive eligible, then the payments range from 0% to 200% of target with details laid out within the plan document.

• 40 hours of paid personal leave (Production Line).
• 12 days of paid holidays per year (max 8 hours paid per day).
