Patient Services Coordinator

As a Patient Services Coordinator on the team, you will be responsible for performing administrative and clerical functions in a clinic that serves adults with substance use, mental health and co-occurring medical conditions. The PSC will serve as a member of the front desk administrative team that checks in patients, collects co‑pays, handles medical records and processes patient paperwork and data.

As the face of the organization at check‑in and check‑out the PSC proves excellent customer service to all patients and families visiting the clinic.

This position follows a Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm.

• Competitive pay: $14
  -16/hr. based on experience for this Full‑time position.

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience with mental health population preferred
• Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy.
