Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor is a high-level position involved in leading a team to plan and execute the Manufacturing and Maintenance and Repair and Overhaul (MRO) functions at the facility to maintain the high level of quality and deliver projects on time.

• Develop and execute manufacturing and MRO plans
• Ensure producibility and manufacturability of components and projects that meet customer requirements, timelines and program costs
• Identify tooling and equipment necessary to deliver manufacturing and MRO requirements
• Establish inspection and maintenance schedules for tooling and equipment
• Assist in the development of ASI’s capabilities for manufacturing and/or repair
• Build an environment focused on quality, health and safety
• Identify training needs and establish a training program
• Manage and develop a team of employees

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 6+ years of experience in the A&D industry
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership position
