Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with experience in geriatric care to join our team for an 8-hour night shift. This position involves providing high-quality nursing care to residents and assisting with daily living activities.
Shift Details- Shift: 8-hour nights (11 PM - 7 AM)

October 3, 2026 - Weekend Requirements:
Every other weekend required - Holiday Requirements:
As needed
- Provide nursing care and support for geriatric patients.
- Assist with daily living activities and provide emotional support.
- Administer medications and monitor patient vitals.
- Communicate effectively with the healthcare team and document patient care.
- Must possess a current, active North Carolina LPN license.
- Minimum of 12 months of recent experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Orientation will involve the first couple of hours of the first shift.
