Quality Inspector

This Quality Inspector is responsible for leading inspections and reviews to ensure quality control and product conformity for customer requirements and business operations.

• Develop methods for inspection and evaluation
• Maintain verification records and document inspections, traceability, testing, etc.
• Assist in resolution of customer complaints and supplier quality issues for non-conformance reports and corrective action
• Manage tool calibration and maintenance records
• Approve ASI-generated models/drawings and production work order templates for clarity and conformance to specifications
• Perform inspections of parts and assemblies to ensure conformance with specifications, established quality standards and customer requirements
• Authorize release of parts, issuing CoC’s and serviceable tags
• Determine disposition of parts owned by ASI based on the technical team recommendations
• Support with part making, warehouse management and shipping

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing/quality/inspection
• 3+ years of experience in A&D industry
