Oversee merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery for the assigned zone;
Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes meet expectations;
Manage scheduling and staffing for unload/processing of merchandise to the sales floor;
Supervise associates within the assigned zone and communicate directives to ensure follow-up is completed;
Perform all Team Leader functions to open and close the store when needed and complete additional responsibilities as assigned
