• Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed information on vehicle features, pricing, and financing options.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
• Negotiate sales terms and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet sales targets.
• Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
• Build relationships and create lifelong customers by asking questions and listening attentively.
• Be the vehicle expert – know the ins & outs of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology.
• Perform high‑quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow up with buyers to ensure referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Bring a positive attitude to work every day.

• Previous experience in automotive sales or a related customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and results‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, rotating shifts, and Saturdays.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Professional, well‑groomed appearance.
• Willingness to submit to a pre‑employment background check & drug screen.
• Ready to learn new product ins’ & out’s quickly.
