Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role will focus on managing accounts in the heavy marine industry, including boat builders, yachts, marinas, and condo associations with piers and docks.

• Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 (flexible for the right candidate)

• Provide end-to-end account management ("soup to nuts") for commercial lines clients.
• Quote new and renewal business as required.
• Handle customer service inquiries and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Assist in transitioning and managing a book of business as part of a succession plan.

• Licenses/Designations: P&C license required.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 2 years in a similar role; 5+ years preferred.
• Industry Knowledge:
  Familiarity with heavy marine accounts is a plus.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficiency in Applied EPIC software.
• Work Style:
  Must be comfortable working in an in-office environment.
