What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, drivers, and visitors by carrying out post orders, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Perform unarmed patrol duties to help identify unusual activity, hazards, and unauthorized access throughout production areas, warehouses, yards, and perimeter routes.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, parking areas, shipping and receiving docks, and exterior doors, noting and reporting conditions that may require attention.
• Monitor access control points and help confirm proper credentials, visitor authorization, and delivery documentation in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and public responders as needed.
• Complete routine reports and incident documentation, including observations from patrols, access activities, and service-related interactions.
• Observe for violations of site rules and report concerns through the proper chain of communication, helping to support a professional workplace environment.
• Provide assistance during emergencies such as alarms, medical situations, and evacuations by following established procedures and directing people to appropriate resources.
• Operate site-specific systems and equipment such as radios, telephones, and alarm panels as trained, and report malfunctions or irregularities.
• Maintain a visible Allied Universal presence, offering directions, information, and support to personnel while helping to discourage unauthorized activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
