Job Description SummaryMechanic
Responsibilities- Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on equipment to minimize downtime.
- Work on a variety of makes and models, including Aerial Work Platforms, general construction tools, generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil/gas related equipment.
- Apply hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting skills to resolve mechanical and electronic issues.
- Maintain a safe, efficient work environment and adhere to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with an experienced team in a fast‑paced setting and adjust work priority as needed.
- High school diploma or GED (required).
- Some trade school or equivalent training desired.
- 3 to 5 years of mechanic experience with diesel equipment, heavy equipment, or specialty line equipment such as generators, pumps, HVAC or oil & gas systems (strongly preferred).
- Proficiency in hydraulic system maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in electrical system maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ability to provide own mechanic’s tools of the trade.
- Flexibility to handle changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required depending on location.
The role requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more. Work may be performed indoors or outdoors as required.

Base Pay Range$20.31 - 27.92 per hour, varying by location, education, training and experience.
