Facilities Maintenance VII - 3rd Shift - New Bern

Fortune Brands - 101 Industrial Drive - Responsibilities:
Repair and maintain machinery and equipment including electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems;
Maintain safe and clean working environment and comply with procedures;
Support operations departments and facility to ensure equipment safety, availability and reliability;
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair production equipment using tools and schematics;
Install and modify production and facilities equipment per diagrams and layouts;
Utilize drawings, schematics, and machine controls; collaborate with controls engineer to correct issues;
Identify and request replacement parts and materials; perform preventative maintenance and project work orders;
Perform fabrication work using manual machine shop equipment (lathes, end mills, welding, plasma cutter, sheet metal tools);
Document actions and communicate needs across shifts; complete required paperwork;
Mentor and train lower-level maintenance personnel; work effectively with limited supervision
