The Electronics Technician I (S) position with the North Carolina Department of Transportation is based primarily in New Bern, NC, serving on a 2-member team responsible for troubleshooting and repairing electrical and electronic systems on moveable or fixed span bridges. The role requires reading schematics, wiring diagrams, and ladder logic, with statewide travel and 24/7 on-call availability.
Preference given to applicants with NC Electrical Contractor’s License.
