The Warehouse Operations Specialist role exists to ensure the effective, stable, and optimized use of SAP S/4

HANA EWM within warehouse operations. This position serves as the primary link between operations and system functionality, driving process standardization, troubleshooting system issues, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. The role is responsible for maintaining data integrity, supporting end users through training and guidance, and ensuring that system processes align with operational requirements. By proactively identifying gaps, resolving issues, and supporting enhancements, the Key User helps improve productivity, accuracy, and overall warehouse performance.

Pay range: $28.07 - $37.43

HANA EWM within warehouse operations. This position serves as the primary link between operations and system functionality, driving process standardization, troubleshooting system issues, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. The role is responsible for maintaining data integrity, supporting end users through training and guidance, and ensuring that system processes align with operational requirements. • Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP S/4
  
  HANA EWM within warehouse operations, supporting inbound, outbound, inventory control, and internal movements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues impacting daily operations, including HU errors, stuck warehouse tasks, delivery inconsistencies, and inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor system performance using EWM tools (e.g., Monitor, queues, warehouse tasks) to proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks before they impact operations.
• Ensure data accuracy and system integrity by validating transactions, correcting errors, and enforcing proper process execution across all warehouse functions.
• Train, coach, and support warehouse associates, team leaders, and supervisors on system processes, transactions, and best practices.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and compliant system usage across all shifts and departments.
• Act as the liaison between warehouse operations and IT/central process teams by documenting issues, submitting tickets, and supporting system enhancements and testing.
