Job Description

Over the last four years, with the help of residents across the country, we have become one of the largest rural internet providers in the U.S., delivering wireless service using C‑band spectrum and the Nomad Omega, Air, and Raptor modems. Most customers experience speeds between 100‑200 Mbps, and our Air Travel option lets users take high‑speed internet anywhere they go.

At Nomad Internet, our entire focus is bringing reliable, high‑speed Wi‑Fi to rural communities, and we want you to help us test this mission.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our President. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing a wide range of responsibilities to ensure seamless operations and overall efficiency of the executive office.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage the President's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements; prioritize and communicate schedule changes promptly.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the President and internal/external stakeholders; draft and edit correspondence, emails, and other communications on behalf of the President.
  • Plan, organize, and facilitate meetings; ensure all necessary materials are prepared in advance; record meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics for the President, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Maintain and organize confidential files, documents, and records; prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders; represent the President professionally in interactions with clients, partners, and employees.
  • Undertake special projects and assignments as directed by the President, demonstrating adaptability and problem‑solving skills.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C‑level executives.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Local to New Braunfels, Texas.
  • Ability to provide Meyers‑Briggs score for personality match.
