Your work environment
As an organizational right-hand, you will support the Group Director of Purchases in the daily management of her activities with a high level of demand, confidentiality, and responsiveness.
You will interact with high-level stakeholders (global teams, management, partners, institutional, and peers) and contribute to the strategy and attractiveness of the Purchases Directorate.
Your missions
As an Assistant to the Group Director of Purchases, you will be at the heart of strategic decisions and ensure their effective implementation. Your missions will be as follows:
Agenda and communication management
- Manage complex agendas:
Manage the appointments and the agenda of the Director of Purchases, organize meetings and reserve associated resources (preparation, meeting rooms, access, logistics, etc.). - Filter, prioritize, process, and write communications (emails, notes, decision records, internal/external requests).
- Ensure the confidentiality of information and the quality of exchanges.
Strategic and operational support
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of management tools and dashboards in the collaborative spaces of the Directorate.
- Prepare meeting materials (presentations, folders, minutes), follow up on actions and deadlines.
- Organize travel and manage expenses (transport, car, hotel, etc.) of the Director and managers.
- Provide support to the organization of internal or external events of the Purchases Directorate.
- Propose communication actions aimed at developing the attractiveness of the Purchases Directorate.
Administrative and strategic management
- Ensure the proper circulation, administrative follow-up, and filing of all documents requiring visas and signatures (contracts, requests or closures of delegations).
- Manage the table of leaves and attendance of the Directorate.
Profile sought
Education:
You have a degree from bac+2 to bac + 4 in assistance, management, administration.
Experience:
Confirmed experience in executive assistance (10 years minimum) with exposure to complex and strategic industrial environments. You have demonstrated your ability to interact with high-level stakeholders.
Technical skills:
- Advanced use of office and collaborative tools like Confluence and SharePoint.
- Fluent English indispensable (working language, daily exchanges)

- Organization and fine management of priorities and action piloting
- Sense of service, proactivity, and capacity for anticipation
- Great autonomy
- Social ease, ability to develop/maintain a network
- Diplomat, you know how to evolve in demanding and strategic environments.

Some words about the site of Les Mureaux
Ideally located on the banks of the Seine to allow the departure by boat of Ariane 6 elements, the site of Les Mureaux is the headquarters of Ariane Group and Arianespace.
Largest Ariane Group site, it brings together more than 2,000 employees working on cutting-edge facilities serving our defense and civil activities. The site has a company restaurant, sports facilities, and a dynamic CSE with many associative sections and associated benefits.
A train connects Gare Saint-Lazare to Les Mureaux and a bus connects the station to the site. 2027 will see the arrival of EOLE (extension of RER
E), marking a new stop at La Défense.
