AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified MDS Coordinator to join our family. This position requires a licensed MDS Coordinator who is resident & family focused, a team builder, and excited about building and leading a high-performing team and culture.
The primary purpose is to complete the RAI process for each resident of the facility, with transmission and verification by the State. Walk-ins are welcome daily as part of our welcoming team environment.
