Operations Manager
The Area Manager (Jedi) oversees multiple restaurant locations to ensure operational excellence, strong financial performance, and consistent guest satisfaction across the market. This role provides leadership, coaching, and strategic direction to Managers (Captains) and their teams. The ideal candidate is a results‑driven leader who excels at building high‑performing teams, improving processes, and driving growth across several units.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership and direction to multiple Managers (Captains) to achieve operational and financial goals
- Oversee daily operations across all locations, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve guest experience, operational efficiency, and profitability
- Coach, mentor, and evaluate Managers and their teams to build high-performing, motivated staff
- Analyze performance metrics and identify root causes of issues, developing effective solutions
- Foster a collaborative environment by communicating effectively across teams and departments
- Lead special projects and initiatives to drive growth, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Facilitate team meetings and regional training sessions to align goals and expectations
- Analyze sales reports, labor costs, food costs, and overall P&L performance
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive leadership experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry
- Proven track record of managing multiple locations and achieving financial targets
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex operational problems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and motivate teams
- Demonstrated ability to lead change and drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with multi-unit restaurant operations or franchise management
- Knowledge of industry-specific software and performance metrics
- Previous experience in a senior leadership role with strategic planning responsibilities
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Proven ability to analyze financial reports and drive performance improvements
- Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
- Ability to travel regularly between assigned locations
