About the Role:

This is a revenue-focused, relationship-driven role for someone who thrives on sales, outreach, and building long-term partnerships.

You will be responsible for generating new business, strengthening venue and planner relationships, developing referral pipelines, and helping position Hill Country Event Rentals as the preferred rental partner across the Hill Country.

This is not a sit-behind-a-desk role. You will be out in the community meeting venue owners, planners, corporate event managers, and local businesses.

What You'll be Responsible For:
  • Proactively generating new leads through outreach, networking, and in‑person meetings
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with venues, planners, and corporate partners
  • Developing referral partnerships and preferred vendor agreements
  • Managing inbound leads and converting them into booked revenue
  • Following up on past clients and reactivating dormant accounts
  • Representing the company at venue walkthroughs, styled shoots, networking events, and industry events
  • Tracking pipeline activity and revenue goals
  • Collaborating with the operations team to ensure seamless client experiences

Who you are:

Experience in event rentals, hospitality, weddings, or B2B sales is preferred but not required if you are highly motivated and coachable.

Compensation:

Competitive base salary + performance-based commission structure.
