19:21 Consultants is looking for a detail-oriented Associate Account Manager to support our Account Management team. This is an entry-level position and a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in the employee benefits and health insurance industry or someone wanting to step into a role in a growing company.

You will work closely with senior Account Managers helping with the administrative and operational tasks that keep our client accounts running smoothly.

• Assist Account Managers with daily administrative tasks
• Audit enrollment and benefit data for accuracy
• Manage simple workflows, checklists, and timelines
• Update spreadsheets and internal systems
• Prepare documents and reports for client accounts
• Track tasks and help ensure deadlines are met
• Support the team with general administrative work

• Strong attention to detail
• Organized and dependable
• Comfortable using computers and spreadsheets
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
