Asphalt Superintendent

Role Description

The Asphalt Superintendent oversees daily asphalt operations, including project scheduling, material management, and team leadership to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on time. Responsibilities include supervising crews, managing budgets, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining quality standards in asphalt production and paving processes. This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Braunfels, TX.

• Proven expertise in asphalt paving, production, and construction techniques
• Strong leadership, team management, and personnel coordination abilities
• Experience in project planning, scheduling, and execution
• Knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to enforcing safety protocols
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with project managers, clients, and crew
• Capability to analyze and resolve technical and logistical challenges
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining construction equipment and tools is preferred
• Availability to work on-site in New Braunfels, TX
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in construction management, civil engineering, or related fields is a plus
