Salary: Up to US $150k

A leading Heavy Civil contractor is currently seeking a Heavy Civil Estimator to join their estimating team working out of the New Braunfels office. This position plays a critical role in preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for Heavy Civil infrastructure and DOT projects.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of both traditional bid-build and alternative delivery methods such as CMAR, CMGC, and Progressive Design-Build. This is a great opportunity to join a high-performing team that delivers projects from US $100m - US $750m+ across the state of Texas and beyond.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates across all scopes of heavy civil and DOT infrastructure projects.
• Interpret and analyse project plans and specifications.
• Utilize HCSS Heavy Bid software to develop and manage comprehensive project estimates.
• Solicit and evaluate material and subcontractor quotations.

• 5-7 years of estimating experience, preferably on heavy civil projects.
• Strong knowledge of all major scopes within civil construction.
• Proficient with HCSS Heavy Bid or similar estimating software.

The role could suit an Estimator looking to step up into a role with a leading national contractor or a Estimator from a small contractor or sub looking to work on bigger bids or someone simply looking for a change of scenery.

You will be working with an excellent team out of an established office in New Braunfels, Texas. The role is not offered hybrid or remote.

Salary is between US $125k-150k + bonus and relocation assistance is offered should you require it. Full package benefits such as
