Full-time: 4x10, rotating Saturdays
New Braunfels, TX
About YouYou are a compassionate and organized Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR)/Veterinary Receptionist with strong customer service, front desk, and client communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced veterinary hospital. You’re comfortable managing appointment scheduling, multi-line phones, check in/check out, payment processing, and practice management software while delivering an exceptional client experience.
Your Experience & Skills- Must have veterinary medicine experience
- Excellent customer service and clear, professional communication
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and stay organized
- Collaborative, dependable team player
- Comfortable answering and routing calls on multi-line phone systems
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Familiar with standard office equipment (printers, scanners, copiers)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Answer phones; greet clients and patients
- Schedule appointments and coordinate visit details
- Support the check-in and check-out process to ensure a smooth client experience
- Accurately enter client information, collect payments, and provide receipts
- Update patient accounts as needed
- Maintain an individual cash box and balance it at the end of each shift
- Consistently deliver exceptional customer service in a positive, professional manner
- Keep the reception area clean and organized
- Stock pet food, retail items, and office supplies
- Complete additional tasks as assigned
