About You

You are a compassionate and organized Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR)/Veterinary Receptionist with strong customer service, front desk, and client communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced veterinary hospital. You're comfortable managing appointment scheduling, multi-line phones, check in/check out, payment processing, and practice management software while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Your Experience & Skills

* Must have veterinary medicine experience

* Excellent customer service and clear, professional communication

* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and stay organized

* Collaborative, dependable team player

* Comfortable answering and routing calls on multi-line phone systems

* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

* Familiar with standard office equipment (printers, scanners, copiers)

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Job responsibilities:

* Answer phones; greet clients and patients

* Schedule appointments and coordinate visit details

* Support the check-in and check-out process to ensure a smooth client experience

* Accurately enter client information, collect payments, and provide receipts

* Update patient accounts as needed

* Maintain an individual cash box and balance it at the end of each shift

* Consistently deliver exceptional customer service in a positive, professional manner

* Keep the reception area clean and organized

* Stock pet food, retail items, and office supplies

* Complete additional tasks as assigned
