• 2+ years of customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
• Comfort handling animals of all sizes and temperaments
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Experience in a veterinary setting would be preferred.

As our Customer Service Rep
- Receptionist, you're responsible for facilitating pleasant customer interactions and ensuring smooth office operations.
