Premier Dental Center in New Braunfels
is an established family dental practice seeking an experienced Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator
to join our team full-time! In this role, you will act as a Treatment Coordinator for our ortho team a few days per week while helping our general team as a Patient Coordinator the remaining days.

What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator
A warm, personable, and outgoing personality with a reliable, detail-oriented approach
A positive attitude and genuine desire to learn, grow, and be part of a supportive team

Schedule: Full-Time
- Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm
- Fridays Optional 8am-5pm
- Saturdays (2-3/month) 8am-2pm
Compensation:$22-$24/hour, plus monthly bonus opportunities based on performance

Responsibilities:- Provide awelcoming and positive patient experience, both in person and over the phone
- Answer calls and schedule appointments for new and existing patients
- Verify insurance eligibility and update patient records
- Present treatment plans and schedule follow up appointments
- Collect co-pays and outstanding balances, posting payments to patient accounts
- Review financing and payment options with patients at the time of service
Qualifications:
- 1 year of previous experience as an orthodontic treatment coordinator
- Knowledge of insurance verification and patient collections
- Confident presenting treatment plans to patients
- Experience with dental practice management software (Denticon is a plus!)
