Student Ministry Intern for the Summer of 2026

Job Description

This is a paid, full-time position. A housing option may be possible.

With supervision and support from the Director of Student Ministry,

The Student Ministry Intern will:

* Lead programming for summer activities

* Help plan and implement weekly student programs (Five:32, Sunday School, etc.)

* Carry out administrative & outreach tasks (e-mails, phone calls, etc.)

* Challenge students to higher levels of discipleship.

The Student Ministry Intern will be someone who:

* Has been out of high school for at least two years

* Seeks a committed relationship with Jesus Christ and is committed to setting that example

* Has a passion for working with teenagers and is available to their needs

* Is self-motivated

* Has good leadership, communication and organizational skills.

The Student Ministry Intern will:

* Be held accountable to their duties by the Director of Student Ministry

* Work from Monday, May 17th thru Sunday, August 9th (including some evenings, weekends, and overnight trips)

* Assist with Student Sunday School at 9:30am on Sundays

* Attend 11:00am worship each Sunday

* Submit to a criminal background check

* Complete required safety training.
