• Implement engaging, age-appropriate curriculum and activities
• Create a structured and positive classroom environment
• Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Lead daily learning activities, including early literacy, math, science, art, and hands-on learning
• Follow the school's curriculum and learning standards
• Maintain accurate classroom records and required documentation
• Communicate regularly and professionally with parents regarding their child's development and daily experiences

• Previous preschool or Pre-K teaching experience preferred
• Experience working with 4-year-old children strongly preferred
• Knowledge of early childhood development and age-appropriate teaching practices
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Caring, patient, dependable, and energetic personality
• Ability to work effectively with a classroom team
