Salary: $150,000 - $170,000 per year
About the companyAn established, employee-owned heavy civil contractor is expanding its Texas operations and is adding a Senior Project Manager to support multiple large, complex infrastructure projects.
This is a growth-driven role, not a backfill - with long-term backlog and visibility into upcoming work.

- Heavy civil, pipeline, plant, or infrastructure construction
- Experience on large-dollar projects where planning and leadership matter
- Candidates from pipeline, plant, heavy highway, or complex civil environments are all considered
- Technical gaps can be taught - judgment, leadership, and communication cannot
