Your Missions

Attached to the Wienerberger France Process Pole, you accompany the production sites in the improvement of the operational mastery and the technical and economic performances of ceramic processes (shaping, drying, firing). You play a role of technical reference on the field with a multi-site support dimension, in close link with the CRED business experts and the local process teams.

In this role:

  • You conduct process audits in factories and follow the implementation of action plans.
  • You intervene on complex technical expertise (raw materials, processes, products) to solve industrial problems.
  • You propose argued solutions, accompany their deployment and ensure their follow-up.
  • You adjust the parameters of the processes to improve quality, reduce waste and optimize energy consumptions.
  • You participate in the industrialization of new processes, from their start-up to their validation.
  • You contribute to the capitalization of good practices by facilitating exchanges between the process references of the factories.
  • You take part in the practical and theoretical training of the process teams and in the transfer of skills.
  • You carry out processability tests on the CRED equipment to guarantee an optimal transposition in the factory.
  • You write technical reports and formalize process procedures.
Your ProfileEducation:
  • Technical engineer in ceramics, thermal or process engineering.
Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years in a similar position, ideally in a continuous firing environment.
  • Experience in the terracotta sector would be an asset.
Your Skills
  • Analytical mind, rigor and autonomy in the conduct of missions
  • Field sense, operational support and result orientation
  • Ability to transmit, formalize and capitalize know-how
  • Good relationship skills, taste for teamwork and cross-functional collaboration
  • Knowledge and skills in environment & energy; particularly concerning ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 certifications.
