The HT Group has partnered with a publicly-traded manufacturing organization in the search for a Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) to join its corporate finance team. This highly visible role will support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis while partnering closely with finance leadership to deliver meaningful insights that drive strategic decision-making.
Location: New Braunfels, TX (Hybrid)
Duration: Full‑Time
Compensation: $90,000 - $105,000 base + profit sharing + comprehensive benefits
Financial Planning & Analysis- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, dashboards, and executive reporting packages
- Support the annual budgeting process and recurring financial forecasts
- Perform variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior-year results, identifying trends and business drivers
- Develop and maintain financial models to support operational and strategic decision‐making
- Monitor and report key financial and operational performance metrics (KPIs)
- Produce ad hoc reporting and analyses to support business leaders and executive management
- Maintain and enhance financial planning and reporting systems
- Improve reporting processes through automation, dashboard development, and model enhancements
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to financial reporting and analytics
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis experience
- Experience with financial planning systems such as Oracle EPM/Hyperion preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, including financial modeling
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present financial information to business leaders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
- Highly visible role with direct exposure to senior finance leadership
