Diesel Barbershop is hiring a licensed Barber or Cosmetologist in New Braunfels, Tx
. If you’re passionate about men’s haircuts, fades, beard trims, and delivering exceptional customer service, we’d love to meet you.
We’re looking for talented professionals who enjoy working in a fast‑paced, team‑focused environment and want to build a loyal clientele while growing their career in men’s grooming.
Schedule & Availability- Full‑time (35–39 hours per week)
- Consistent scheduling
- Evening and weekend availability required
- Deliver high-quality men’s haircuts, fades, beard trims, and grooming services
- Provide thorough consultations and personalized recommendations
- Create an exceptional client experience from start to finish
- Build lasting client relationships that drive rebooking and referrals
- Recommend professional grooming products when appropriate
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation
- Support a positive, team‑oriented shop culture
- Active Barber License or Cosmetology License in TX
- Strong technical skills in men’s haircutting, fading, clipper work, and detailing
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional, reliable, and team‑oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in a high‑volume barbershop environment
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and peak business hours
