DaVita is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse who is looking to give life in an outpatient dialysis center. • Build meaningful, long‑term relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting.
• Provide empathetic and compassionate care to patients with multiple co‑morbidities, leveraging nursing skills and knowledge.
• Participate in training at a facility or clinic and float to various clinics during and after training.
• Work a flexible schedule that includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Support the dialysis team to deliver safe and effective patient care.

• Current LPN‑LVN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• IV certification required if mandated by state regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a training program approved by the medical director and governed by CMS guidelines for operating a water treatment system.
• Preferred: BONENT or CHT certification (or as required by state regulation).
• Preferred:
  Minimum of one year's experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook; functional proficiency in DaVita’s computer systems within 90 days of hire.
