DaVita is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse who is looking to give life in an outpatient dialysis center. Responsibilities- Build meaningful, long‑term relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting.
- Provide empathetic and compassionate care to patients with multiple co‑morbidities, leveraging nursing skills and knowledge.
- Participate in training at a facility or clinic and float to various clinics during and after training.
- Work a flexible schedule that includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Support the dialysis team to deliver safe and effective patient care.

- Current LPN‑LVN license in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- IV certification required if mandated by state regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a training program approved by the medical director and governed by CMS guidelines for operating a water treatment system.
- Preferred: BONENT or CHT certification (or as required by state regulation).
- Preferred:
Minimum of one year's experience in a hospital or clinical setting. - Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook; functional proficiency in DaVita’s computer systems within 90 days of hire.
