The Housekeeping Team is comprised of three main positions:
Cabin Attendants, Van Drivers, and Bath House Attendants. This team is responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and verifying the cleanliness of the park cabins, lodges, and other company-owned, private guest quarters and all accompanying linens. This is a SEASONAL full‑time or part‑time position and reports to the Executive Housekeeper.
Cabin Attendants are responsible for cleaning and maintaining the park cabins, lodges, and other company-owned, private guest quarters.
- Safely maintain assigned housekeeping equipment and supplies
- Ensure cabins are properly stocked and equipped
- Remove trash and used linens from the guestrooms to prepare for the housekeeper to clean
- Set climate control on approved temperature settings
- Report maintenance issues discovered while cleaning
- Record location and turn in lost and found items
- Participate in other projects and activities as assigned
Housekeeping Van Drivers are responsible for dropping linen to arrival cabins, assisting with making beds and stripping cabins, picking up dirty linen bags, and assisting the cabin attendant teams with various duties.
MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER LICENSE WITH A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD.
- Ensure cabins and vans are properly stocked and equipped
- Report maintenance issues or damages discovered
- Work with housekeepers to clean all guestrooms
- Record location and turn in lost and found items
- Safely maintain assigned housekeeping equipment, vans and supplies
- Participate in other projects and activities as assigned
Bathhouse Attendants are responsible for all public areas (Bathhouses and restrooms) in the park; cleaning and verifying that cleanliness is at or above brand standards.
- Ensure bathhouses and public areas are properly stocked and equipped
- Maintain your cart and cleaning supplies
- Clean and maintain all public areas.
- Report maintenance issues discovered while cleaning
- Monitor supplies to ensure the department is well‑stocked and organized; reporting any shortages to the Manager for re‑ordering
- Record location and turn in lost and found items
- Participate in other projects and activities as assigned
- May assist Cabin teammates with cleaning duties
- Housekeeping experience preferred but not required
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem‑solving skills
- Strong attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
- Ability to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Required to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Work with minimal supervision
- Maintain a positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, vendors, coworkers, and management
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position
- Continuously climb, balance, stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and crawl
- Able to manipulate fingers, hands, and arms to reach, carry, etc.
- Constant exposure to outside weather conditions
