Aboutthe Role
The Recruiter is responsible for effectively sourcing, assessing, and selecting candidates to meet the talent needs of the organization. They employ various sourcing methods, conduct screenings, prepare interviews, build relationships with candidates, negotiate offers, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation. The recruiter will also implement strategic recruitment plans, utilize applicant tracking systems, and stay updated on industry trends and metrics to drive recruitment success.
Key Responsibilities Talent Sourcing- Actively seek and source potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing.
- Research and contact various sources, including community services, trade schools, and colleges, to develop applicant pools.
- Identify and utilize the most effective methods for technical recruiting.
- Directly source candidates from competitors.
- Conduct intake with hiring managers to ensure position requirements are discussed to further calibrate sourcing.
- Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with the organization.
- Administer company‑required assessments.
- Utilize various assessment tools and interview techniques to evaluate candidates' abilities and experience.
- Clearly communicate candidate qualifications and expertise to hiring managers.
- Present candidate profiles to hiring managers, highlighting their fit for the role.
- Facilitate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with hiring managers regarding action or selection decisions to ensure candidates are dispositioned accordingly.
- Build relationships with candidates to understand their career goals, motivations, and preferences.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates to update them on the status of their applications.
- Maintain engagement with hiring managers to ensure the recruitment process is a positive and efficient process for them.
- Extend job offers, negotiate terms, discuss compensation, and manage the closing process with selected candidates.
- Prepare and present offer letters and denial correspondence.
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to address talent resource needs.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, such as OFCCP and EEOC.
- Draft recruitment advertisements and select appropriate media for posting.
- Stay updated on industry trends and pursue ongoing education and training.
- Prepare and present offer letters and denial correspondence. Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to address talent resource needs.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, such as OFCCP and EEOC.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Experience
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar recruitment role.
- Strong knowledge of talent sourcing techniques and assessment methods.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software (e.g., Paycom).
- Understanding of compliance requirements and relevant legislation.
