IT Support, HelpDesk/Support, Systems Administrator
- Deliver white-glove, high-touch IT support to executive leadership (VP-level and above).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Office 365 suite and productivity tools.
- Provide deskside, remote, and mobile device support for Windows, macOS, and iOS/Android devices.
- Support devices enrolled in Intune Company Portal
, ensuring reliable access and performance. - Proactively monitor executive devices to minimize downtime and maintain availability.
- Provide on-site event and AV support for executive meetings, including Teams, Zoom, and conference room technologies.
- Resolve hardware/software conflicts with discretion and urgency.
- Collaborate with IT teams to elevate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Manage executive-specific assets and ensure proper logging in asset management systems.
- Provide guidance and training to executives and their assistants on technology use.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, service requests, and resolutions in ITSM tools.
- Be available for 24/7 on-call support
, including weekends, for critical issues.
- 5+ years of IT support experience
, with at least 2+ years in executive support. - Proven ability to deliver white-glove service to senior leadership.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple executive demands.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to interact with executives with discretion and professionalism.
- Deep knowledge of Office 365 applications, Windows 10/11, macOS, and mobile platforms.
- Strong skills in conferencing and AV systems (Teams, Zoom, Cisco Web Ex, Poly, Crestron preferred).
- Familiarity with network configurations (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wireless).
- Certifications such as MCP, A+, ITIL, or Apple ACMT are a plus.
- Must be flexible with hours and available for extended support during planned activities or emergencies.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
