Sr. Business Analyst - Manufacturing

Alamo Group is accepting applications for a Sr. Business Analyst / Solutions Architect at its Corporate Headquarters in New Braunfels, TX. The role assists the Director of Enterprise Architecture in managing Alamo Group’s information and technology solution architecture, designing and delivering integrated technology solutions that support the digital transformation of an equipment manufacturing enterprise.

• Evaluate current systems and identify opportunities to improve performance and efficiency
• Design end‑to‑end solutions that align with business goals
• Work closely with business partners, architects, and developers to turn requirements into actionable designs
• Lead solution design across core platforms like ERP, MES, CRM, and PLM
• Build integration strategies across cloud, on‑prem, and edge environments
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and reliable
• Create clear architecture documentation (diagrams, data flows, interfaces)
• Stay current on emerging technologies and recommend improvements
• Support delivery teams and help ensure solutions are implemented effectively
