Our top client is currently seeking a Director, ITS Integration for a highly visible leadership role with a growing organization focused on acquisition integration and enterprise transformation.

This position is ideal for an experienced IT leader who has successfully driven technology integration efforts associated with mergers, acquisitions, and large-scale organizational change.

• Day 1 Readiness Planning
• Cybersecurity Integration
• Identity & Access Management

• 15+ years of IT leadership experience
• Proven success leading M&A or post-acquisition technology integrations
• Strong background across infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, and enterprise applications
• Excellent program and portfolio management skills
• Experience building scalable integration frameworks and standards
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands‑on execution
• Strong communication skills with executive and business stakeholders
• Experience with in regulated industries, utilities, energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, or similar environments is highly preferred
