Maintenance Technician - Mission Hill

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our Property Management team at EMBREY.
Responsibilities- Implement preventative maintenance, safety, and good housekeeping practices.
- Inspect and maintain the property, buildings, and equipment.
- Organize, prioritize, and promptly complete unit make‑readies, service requests, and general maintenance tasks.
- Ensure the grounds, buildings, and units are fully functional, safe, and attractive.
- Perform minor repairs on units' appliances, floors, walls, cabinets, doors, and fixtures.
- Follow all safety procedures, including wearing safety and protective clothing.
- Maintain inventories of supplies, tools, and equipment needed for repairs.
- One-year maintenance experience in property management or a related field.
- Possession of the minimum required tools.
- Availability to be on call 24 hours, seven days a week.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR.
- Hourly Rate – Non‑Exempt, based on experience.
- Full‑time.
