Field Advisor – New Braunfels, TX

$18.00 - $30.00 per hour

The Field Advisor will support daily operations by performing roof system repairs, maintenance, and grease containment services while ensuring safety and quality. The role requires effective communication with clients, completion of digital reporting, collaboration with Field Support to improve processes, and other related duties as needed.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Weekly travel throughout designated region, with potential overnight travel required; hotel and company vehicle provided.
• Perform physically demanding rooftop tasks including lifting, bending, climbing, and working in varied weather conditions.
• Communicate clearly in both written and oral forms.
• Use technology effectively (smartphone/tablet); tool knowledge a plus.
