Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Earn $15.50 per hour

• Flexible and full‑time schedules: 9:30 am–6:00 pm weekdays, weekends until 5:00 pm.

• Work independently at multiple locations, spending time inside and outside the facility.
• Assess customer storage needs, make suggestions, and sell packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits.
• Assist customers in staying current with payments, including reminder and collection calls as required.

• Transport and move items weighing up to 35 lb.
• Walk 50 % or more of the time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.
• Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks: sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds to a clean, debris‑free standard.

Experience
:
Successful candidates come from customer‑service‑centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast‑food or other service‑based companies.

Transportation
:
Must have a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle for travel between work locations. Mileage reimbursement is available.
