As a Junior Director of Engineering / Program Director, you will support the leadership of engineering and program management functions, contributing to the strategic planning and execution of projects. You will work closely with senior leadership to oversee engineering initiatives, manage project timelines, and ensure the successful delivery of programs.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• B1+ English level

• 2+ years of experience in engineering or project management roles, ideally with some leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience managing projects from initiation to completion, including budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.

• Ability to lead teams, manage performance, and mentor staff.
• Deep understanding of the technical aspects of engineering or the specific technologies used in your industry.
• Skills in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information to stakeholders and team members.
• Strong analytical skills to address complex problems and develop effective solutions.
• Familiarity with EMR software and systems, understanding how they integrate into broader healthcare or engineering processes.
• Proficiency in mathematical and statistical methods to analyze project metrics, performance data, and financial information.
