Position Overview

The Managing Partner in Training will rapidly acclimate into the Crunch culture, operating with speed and urgency to deliver outcomes. The role requires creating a warm, hospitable environment for team members and members alike, fostering a high‑performance culture with a focus on working hard, having fun, and making history.

What You’ll Do

As the Managing Partner in Training you will drive club profitability by energizing the team around clear daily, weekly and monthly goals. You’ll focus on member satisfaction and retention, ensuring timely resolution of concerns, delivering exceptional service, and maintaining a clean, fully operational facility. You’ll lead performance through effective hiring, onboarding, coaching and KPI tracking, and manage staff schedules and payroll to ensure optimal coverage.

  • Exceptional member experience with rapid issue resolution, high retention and satisfaction, and a clean, crisp facility with all amenities operating.
  • Full ownership readiness – independently running the entire club confidently, owning people, results, culture and compliance.
About You

You bring people together around clear objectives and maintain steady focus on execution. You engage the team in solving problems while keeping momentum, making timely decisions and keeping performance expectations high. You are knowledgeable about established processes and serve as a reliable resource for others. Your communication is clear, direct and focused on moving the team forward.

Responsibilities
  • Energize the team around daily, weekly and monthly objectives.
  • Ensure timely member resolution and focus on member retention.
  • Track and score performance of staff to exceed KPI standards.
  • Recruit, hire and onboard talent.
  • Coach and develop team members to drive sales performance.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with member focus.
  • Maintain a clean, crisp facility with all systems working 24/7.
  • Monitor payroll and scheduling to ensure adequate staffing.
  • Ensure and monitor compliance with all policies, procedures and standards.
  • Manage inventory and ensure timely restocking.
  • Assist with staff meetings and performance management.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of fitness or service‑oriented management experience.
  • Experience supervising a team of at least 15 members.
  • Experience with hiring, onboarding, promoting and removing team members.
  • Experience in labor management and inventory control.
  • CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
  • Assertive action‑taking, innovation and problem‑solving skills.
  • Knowledge of key metrics and drivers to grow business.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite or similar software.
  • Ability to invest financially in the Managing Partner opportunity.
Physical Requirements
  • Frequent lifting and/or movement of up to 50 pounds and may require prolonged standing or bending.
Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field preferred.
