We are looking for a high-energy, sales-driven leader who is passionate about fitness, people, and creating an amazing member experience. As Studio Manager, you will lead daily studio operations, support and motivate the sales team, drive membership growth, and help create the welcoming, close-knit environment Orange theory is known for.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading a team, building relationships, hitting goals, and being part of a fast-paced fitness community.
What You’ll Do- Lead day-to-day studio operations
- Drive membership sales, promotions, and studio performance
- Coach, train, and support team members
- Create a positive and welcoming experience for members and guests
- Handle member questions and concerns professionally
- Maintain studio cleanliness, inventory, and organization
- Review reports, sales data, and KPIs to identify opportunities
- Support scheduling, onboarding, training, and team accountability
- 3+ years of leadership or management experience preferred
- Sales, retail, fitness, hospitality, or membership-based experience preferred
- Previous Orange theory Fitness or health and wellness experience is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to motivate, coach, and hold a team accountable
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Positive, energetic, and passionate about health and fitness
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends based on studio needs
- Competitive salary range of $45,000–$60,000 per year + commissions and monthly bonuses!
