** What You'll Be Doing
*** Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on plant equipment.
* Troubleshoot mechanical issues to ensure safe and efficient operations.
* Install, repair, and upgrade mechanical systems and components.
* Collaborate with operations staff to minimize equipment downtime.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
** What Are We Looking For
*** Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair industrial equipment.
* Capability to safely operate tools, machinery, and maintenance equipment.
* Strong problem‑solving skills with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.
* Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, manuals, and specifications.
* Effective communication and teamwork skills in a fast‑paced environment.
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.  
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
** Physical Demands
*** Work involves frequent standing, walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, and reaching.
* Ability to lift and carry materials or equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
* Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and on uneven surfaces as required.
* Manual dexterity needed to operate tools, equipment, and machinery.

*** Starting Pay $25.50 per hour DOE
