** What You'll Be Doing
*** Manage daily operations and ensure compliance with safety standards.
* Coordinate with team members to optimize production efficiency.
* Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure operational readiness.
* Implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
* Prepare and analyze reports to support decision-making.

** Conditions of Employment

** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
* Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
