We are looking for a Fiberglass Lamination Specialist to join our team at our New Braunfels, Texas Manufacturing Center. In this hands-on role, you'll play a key part in building high-quality fiberglass pools and spas by layering fiberglass onto molds—helping create the world-class products that bring lasting joy to families.
About the RoleAs a Fiberglass Lamination Specialist, you'll work as part of a collaborative team to layer (laminate) fiberglass onto molds. You'll apply fiberglass and resin to build strong, high-quality pool and spa shells, rolling out air bubbles and smoothing the laminate to ensure a quality finish. This position requires teamwork, attention to quality, and a commitment to safety while working with resins, gelcoat, and related materials.
WhatYou'll Do
- Layer (laminate) fiberglass onto molds to build pool and spa shells
- Apply resin and fiberglass materials to create strong, durable laminates
- Roll out entrapped air and smooth the glass and resin mixture for a quality finish
- Proactively identify and address quality concerns during the lamination process
- Work collaboratively with team members and cross-train in other areas of the department as needed
- Handle chemicals (resin, glass, catalyst, gelcoat) safely and dispose of waste properly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area after each shift
- Support overall production goals with punctuality, dependability, and a strong safety focus
Education and Experience
- Experience working with fiberglass lamination or in a similar manufacturing/industry environment (preferred)
- Ability to pass a pulmonary function evaluation and wear a respirator
- Knowledge of chemical handling, resin, glass, catalyst, gelcoat, and related materials
- Experience communicating effectively in a team environment
- Punctuality, dependability, and strong attention to detail

Compensation
- Hourly Range: $17.25 – $18.50, depending on experience, with regular compensation increases and performance-based raises (up to 25% in the first year) as job-related skills are developed.
- Actual compensation will be based on experience and current job-related skills.
