General Labor, Sorter, Entry Level – We’re hiring General Laborers / Sorters to sort recyclables at a large recycling and processing plant in New Braunfels, TX.

Sorting recyclables is not a glamorous job but it’s a necessary one that helps keep our community clean.

This position does not require a resume; your ability to follow directions and the results of the realistic job preview will determine if we consider moving forward in candidacy for a future or present full-time position. Our candidate selection process is based on specific criteria to foster a positive and efficient workforce that aligns with Leadpoint's culture.

• Applicants for the Screen Cleaner role must be able to successfully complete Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and Fall Protection training, including a hands‑on Top‑Grade assessment and a written quiz.
• No diploma or prior experience required.
• 1st Shift: 6 am to 4:30 pm.
• Prior warehouse, general labor or sorting experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for the entire shift.
• Consent to background check, drug screen and reliable transportation.

As a full‑time General Laborer / Sorter, you’ll earn $17.51 per hour and have growth potential through internal promotion.
